Steve Benjamin from Animal Ocean approached me to join Hanli Prinsloo and Peter Marshall from I Am water and Glenn Moncrief on an adventure to find Cape Town’s Heaviside’s dolphin. These dolphins are endemic to Cape Town’s coast line and are extremely unique. We linked up with Tracey from Kazkazi Kayaks to get out on the water in the morning light.
After about an hour of paddling, we were lucky enough to have these exquisite dolphins swim right up to our boats and start playing in the water. What an incredible sighting with incredible people!
